A central part of Parramatta’s urban renewal is the delivery of the Parramatta Square precinct in the heart of the Parramatta CBD, which will host some of the key civic, recreational, commercial and educational functions of the city. One of the key components of the Parramatta Square projects is the construction of new civic facilities for City of Parramatta Council and the community. The new building is designed to go beyond the concept of a traditional Council facility, and to embrace opportunities to integrate public and civic activities in a manner that engages with the community and allows Council to deliver services in an efficient and vibrant manner.
